Prayer Request
You may enter your prayer request in the form below & it will be sent directly to our Church Office.
Please indicate in the form if you wish for your Prayer Request to remain confidential OR to be listed on our weekly prayer sheet that is made available to the entire congregation each week. PRAYER REQUESTS WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE.
In order to eliminate unnecesary confusion and concern that may be created by some prayer requests, your cooperation with the following is appreciated.
- When requesting prayer for someone, you must submit their first and last name ... or
- Submit no name at all but identify the individual simply as your friend, neighbor, co-worker, or relative, etc. in your message.
- All prayer requests must include the full name of the individual submitting them.
- Only those prayer requests with complete information will be printed.
